However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, will affect the colors that you see on your screen Shaneiil.com cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate.

While Shaneiil.com makes every effort to ensure that our products are described and priced accurately, if an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, Shaneiil.com reserves the right to refuse sale that item. If the pricing error is discovered after payment has been finalized, Shaneiil.com com reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the transaction in full.

# Product Weight may vary in the final product. Differential amount if any, will be charged extra. 

# The gold weight shown on the products other than Ready to Ship Products, may vary from what shown in the product description. Nevertheless, any differential amount in weight of the product shall be charged or refunded to the customer as per the case.
Eg: A ring is show with an approximate weight of 2.5 gm Size 10 on the website. At the time of production, the product may be made in 2.7 gms. This gold weight increase will be charged to the customer, before the product is shipped for delivery.

Eg: A ring is show with an approximate weight of 2.5 gm Size 10 on the website. At the time of production, the product may be made in 2.3 gms. This gold weight decrease will be refunded to the customer, before the product is shipped for delivery.

# If the gold rate is Rs. 7200 at the time of booking for example, the same shall be charged for any differential change.

Lab Grown Diamonds / Mined Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing market value*

*In case of any discounts given during original purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value. 100% Making charges shall also be deducted.

All our pieces are made from 14kt or 18kt gold as per the requirement in Lab grown diamonds. You can wear this jewellery daily, while swimming or even working out like you wear any natural diamond jewellery.. NO extra care is required.
